Our one day Introduction training option offers a comprehensive overview of Magento's functionality. This course will provide attendees with the foundation to run a successful Magento store and empower them with the confidence to be an effective store manager.
Product and Catalogue Management: Learn how to correctly set up a product catalogue and the do's and don'ts that will make managing your store so much easier.
Customer Services and Sales: Dealing with orders and customers is a vital part of running any eCommerce store. Learn about the inbuilt tools and methods in Magento that will make your store more efficient and improve your customers experience.
Marketing and Promotions: Promotions can really help push the products on your Magento store. You will learn how to create simple and more sophisticated promotions with the tools available to you.
This course is a great way to get a broad understanding of Magento in 1 day. It can also be used as a foundation for our 3 day Magento Merchant Bootcamp.
Important Information
Attendees should bring a laptop computer (MacOs, Windows or Chrome OS) which can access WiFi to the training so they can access the demo stores. If you do not have access to a laptop computer we will be happy to supply one at a small additional cost.

It's also ideal if you are looking for the foundation knowledge or wanting to build their confidence in Magento. It is also a useful course if you are looking to evaluate if Magento is right for you.
Basic understanding of how eCommerce stores work would be advantageous but not essential.
Magento Version Information During the course we will be looking at all versions of Magento (Enterprise Edition (EE) & Community Edition (CE)) with the focus on Community Edition. All knowledge is cross transferable over the versions. Course Outline Familiarization with Magento
