Over the last four years we have been lucky enough to train hundreds of delegates on how to use Magento. The courses are in depth which I believe is a significant part of their appeal. But there has been a section of the people we train who don't need to go into as much detail. In fact, what they really want to know is what is possible and what they should be doing to keep their store moving forward.
Often these people are the eCommerce Manager or the store owner. They have people who they will delegate tasks to but they want the information to develop the strategy and evaluate the technology at there disposal. It was clear that we needed to offer a different foundation for these attendees and so we have developed the 'Mastering eCommerce with Magento' training seminar.
Target Audience
This two day event, to be held at the Minneapolis Crowne Plaza - Airport/Mall of America (Three Appletree Square, Bloomington, MN 55425), on September 24th-25th, 2015, is designed specifically for CEOs, IT Managers, and Decision Makers. The main goal is to equip these decision makers with the knowledge they need to build out strategies with the tools at their disposal. The content will include both reviews and demonstrations of a variety of features available by default in Magento that are aimed at increasing sales and improving efficiency.

Topics to be covered include Merchandising, Promotions, Managing Customers and Order, Content Management, Marketing, Running Multiple Stores and Languages, Tax compliance settings, and a preview of Magento 2.0.
The event will be facilitated by Magento Certified Solution Specialists and also have eCommerce industry reps present to answer specific questions on hosting, tax compliance automation, and email marketing tools during breaks.
