Terms and Conditions

We like to keep our terms and conditions as simple as possible. Please take a few moments to read them before placing your order. Thank you.

Cancellations

1. You may cancel your booking free of charge within the first 14 days of booking the course unless the booking is made in the 4 weeks leading up to the course in which case the following cancellation rates apply.
2. Cancellation made after 14 days and up to 4 weeks before the course takes place will incur an administration charge of 10% of the course fee per delegate.
3. Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the course date will be charged at the full course fee per person.

Transfering

1. Transfers (to a different course or different date) made from the date of receipt of the booking by Future Clients Marketing and Training Ltd and up to 4 weeks before the course date will incur no charges.
2. You may transfer your booking (to a different course or different date) up to 14 days before the course start day. This will incur an administration charge of 10% of the course fee.
3. Transfers cannot be made during the 14 days period prior to the course date.
4. You may substitute delegate free of charge at any time.

Our Cancellation Terms

1. Future Clients Marketing and Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel any advertised course if deemed necessary by the company.
2. If we do cancel a course we will offer you a priority place on a future course or a full refund.
3. In the rare event of a cancellation we will not be liable for any costs you may have already paid for such as travel and accommodation.

Delegate Pack

1. A pack containing your joining information, venue directions and time table will be sent to you 14 days before the course. If you have not received this information within 7 days of the course start date please contact us and we will resend the information.

Dietary Requirements

1. If you have any special dietary requirements please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs on the day

Venues

1. We endeavour to always use the highest quality venues to ensure your comfort during the course. Venues may be subject to change but will be always be in close proximity to the original course venue. Please make sure you read the delegate pack carefully to see the final and correct venue.
