We deliver all our courses in comfortable and professional surroundings. You will also be supplied with everything you need for the duration of the course.

At the end of your course you should have benefited from the expertise of our trainers who use the latest teaching techniques to ensure all learning styles are catered for. We are confident that you will leave the course with a the knowledge & skills to benefit you and your business. 

If not we will offer to book you on a place on the next running of that course FREE of charge within 90 days of the original course. 

Conditions of Guarantee

Obviously if you attend a training course or seminar you will be required to do some work to make these techniques work. If you do want to take us up on our guarantee all we ask is that you provide some evidence that you have tried out our techniques to a reasonable level. If we are satisfied that you have, we will give you a voucher to book on to the same course at any time (and any location) within the next 90 days (subject to availability). Please note that this voucher only covers the cost of the course and does not include accommodation or travel costs.

If you do attend a new course you should bring your original course material.

It is important to us that you get the best from these courses and we will not turn down any legitimate claims. We do however reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee if we believe that you have not made reasonable efforts to enagage with the course for example poor time keeping, non attendance or disinterest in the subject (this list is not exhaustive).

To make a claim please email us [email protected] with the subject 'Course Claim'. You will be sent a claim form within 48 hours which you should complete and return.
